Mission
To enhance communication practices and diplomatic engagements across Africa by equipping governments, civil society, and local communities with the necessary skills, tools, and platforms to foster dialogue. The Centre seeks to promote sustainable development, effective governance, and peacebuilding through strategic communication and diplomacy initiatives that bridge the gap between local, national, and global actors.

GOALS
Promote Development-Oriented Communication
Facilitate the adoption of communication strategies that are tailored to address Africa’s unique development challenges, ensuring that information flows effectively between governments, citizens, and international partners.
Build Diplomatic Capacity
Strengthen the capacity of African leaders, diplomats, and institutions in the field of international relations, diplomacy, and negotiation. This will include training in protocol, conflict resolution, and strategic partnership building
Facilitate Cross-Sector Dialogue
Serve as a platform for dialogue among policymakers, development organizations, and local communities to address key issues such as poverty, security, climate change, and governance, ensuring that all voices are heard.
Develop Media and Communication Skills
Provide workshops and programs that enhance the media and communication skills of civil society organizations, government bodies, and youth leaders, enabling them to effectively advocate for change.
Advocate for Peace and Security
Engage in advocacy for peaceful resolutions to conflicts through diplomatic channels, fostering relationships that promote security and cooperation across African borders.
Promote Multilateral Cooperation
Forge partnerships with global and regional organizations to enhance Africa’s engagement in multilateral diplomacy, focusing on cross-border issues such as trade, health, and security.
